Healthy No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites - Easy Vegan Recipe

Hey! In this video I share one of my favorite easy healthy snack recipes, no-bake chocolate chip cookie bites! It's an oil free vegan recipe that's super quick to make, and you can easily substitute the chocolate chips for raisins or other dried fruits if you'd like

Ingredients:


  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup unsalted cashews
  • 3 tbs flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbl maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1-2 tbl chocolate chips

 

 
Directions:

  • Add oats, cashews, flour, salt, and flaxseed to a food processor. Process until mixed
  • Add vanilla and maple syrup to the dry mixture and process until well blended
  • Stir in chocolate chips
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour
