Vegan Protein Powders - Do I Use Them? Do Vegans Need Them?

I weight-lift, and I do use protein powder. As you said, it's not necessary, but I find that it helps me focus a little more on my diet and nutrition, and it's definitely more convenient. I usually have a protein shake and a carb, like whole grain toast or oatmeal for breakfast.
